 Subpart A--General Criteria and Procedures for Determining Eligibility 
       for Access to Classified Matter or Special Nuclear Material
 
Sec. 710.33  Terminations.

    If the individual is no longer an applicant for access authorization 
or no longer requires access authorization, the procedures of this 
subpart shall be terminated without a final decision as to the 
individual's access authorization eligibility, unless a final decision 
has been rendered prior to the DOE being notified of the change in the 
individual's pending access authorization status.
